Karen Diamond Designs-First Responder & Freebie

First responder is a generic term referring to the first medically trained responder to arrive on scene (police, fire, EMS). Most police officers and all professional firefighters in the US and Canada, and many other countries, are certified first responders. I personally consider all the medical community a first responder also.  Everyone on the front lines of accidents, tragedies or natural disasters should be considered such. Karen has created this super First Responder kit which can be purchased as a bundle or individual kits.

There are 3 kits in this series, Police, Medical and Fire.  I am previewing each separately here.

First off are the Police.  They strive to keep us safe, prevent crime and are awesome Heroes for the little ones.

The top layout is a bit of trivia information and a photo of a police officer from the 1930's.
The second layout is of my own cities' police officers-Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Next up we have the Medical teams. The medical team goes into action as the police officers bring in the homeless, injured or beaten bodies in to the hospitals. And let's not forgot all the new babies that are born every day and bring so much joy to everyone.

The top layout is my aunt Myla.  She studied nursing in Rochester, Minnesota.  The bottom layout features my precious granddaughter Charlene with my first great grand child Kadynce Dawn Marie.

And finally, we come to the Firemen.  Along with their fire fighting skills they are often times the first responders to a 911 medical call.  You could say they have dual jobs.  They are another group that makes the kids look up to in wonder.

These layouts are of my granddaughter Samantha.  This was at a First Responders Fair put on by the firemen and police officers in Brandon, Manitoba.  She had a ball!

I also have a freebie for you.  I sincerely hope you can find some use for it.  Link to download under the preview.
